In order to purchase an airline ticket or hold a flight booking, there is basic information we
require. This information is necessary in order to identify you, contact you, or process your purchase.

Language preference
Passport information
Date of birth
For child age discounts and/or car rentals
Special assistance requirements - use of wheelchair or other medical aids
Unaccompanied Minors
We will not release your personal information to any third party or company for the sole purpose
of mailing lists or other promotional activities.
Who will we disclose your personal information to?
- Air carriers and our rent a car associates for the purpose of completing your business
with us Information required to be disclosed by a law enforcement agency
What do we do with the information once collected?
- We do not keep Credit Card information in any of our files, we solely use it to complete
your transaction, payment wise. - Other personal information we will only store in our systems for as long as it is required
by law; after which we will shred it.
Any changes to the Privacy Act will be immediately updated on this page.
You always have the right to refuse to give out your personal information; however, you will be advised
that you may not be provided with the services and/or products, which you are requesting due to the lack
of information necessary for the completion of the transaction.
